The Government of the Republic of Serbia has made a decision to extend application of increased amount of duties for certain products originating from the EU by 31 December 2016, except for goods classified under the following tariff chapters: 0103 92 11 00, 0210 11 90 00, 0405 10 11 00,  0406 90 13 00, 0406 90 86 00, ex 0406 90 89 00, ex 0406 90 92 00, 0406 90 93 00 and 0406 90 99 00, which have been subject to special duties levels in compliance with SAA since 1 July 2016. >>>

 

The Decision shall enter into force on the day following the publication thereof in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, on 1 July 2016.
