"The "Official Journal of the European Union" no. C 244 dated 20 July 2016, published the Commission Notification about the date of entry into force of the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin. >>>

In order to enable application of diagonal cumulation of origin between Contracting Parties to the Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin (PEM Convention), the Parties shall  mutually notify each other through the European Commission about applicable rules on origin agreed with other Parties.  

On the basis of such notifications, the table below has been provided to show the date of commencement of diagonal cumulation application.
